BEST Husband EVER!

Ok So a few Sundays ago I was listening in on a converstaion some ladies were having in chruch. So I joined in and one of them was talking about a little store that just opened here in Cedar. It is right next to a pawn shop and the girl that owns it is an interior designer. She has new and used things that she puts her own spin on and so with that I was so excited to go... Well LIttle did I know I would find this:

Thats right folks this beautiful chair was just sitting there staring at me wanting me to buy it... so I called my husband. Gave him the I love you please please please please can i have it face and he said no. How rude! Then that cute husband of mine bought it the next day and hid it for a week while he had to endure me talking about it and telling him how great it would look in our house. So after church a couple weeks ago I walked in and there she was... looking SOO beautiful and PERFECT!! Thats right BEST husband EVER and Happy Valentines Day to me! Thanks babe!!

Christmas with the Coaches

So Jeff had to work Christmas eve day which was not so bad. He got off a little early and we were able to make it to Vegas in time to join the family for the annual Christmas eve outing. You see a few years ago my mom decided we needed to go give things to the homeless people. She is a crafty woman and crochets hats or beanies (sp?!). Well she made a bunch and we took them down to where they hang out on the streets. Over the years people have found out about what we do and donate things so no we take hats, gloves, socks (a big hit) jackets and some blankets. Seriously it is the best thing we do for Christmas, you can't help but feel so blessed during the holiday season and so thankful to be a part of their Christmas. This year Rylan even got out and started handing things out, he did such a good job!
THis is us on the way to Vegas, we had to bring B it wouldn't be Christmas ithout the whole family...
After we dropped Holly and Jordan off we went back out to some place and i can't remmber the name something preserve..(oops...) but it was free for the night and boy was my Dad GLAD it was... because lets be honest it was horrible. Nothing great to look at and dust EVERYWHERE!! This was the most lit up area that we took a picture in from of.. Aww our first Christmas together!
Us with my Parents

After the Preserve place we drove to a house that has lights and lights and more lights that go with the beat of music. The guy who sets it up is awesome. He has flyers out to answer the most asked questions and he sits in his drive way in a santa suit. Jeff and I couldnt resist we had to run up and get a picute with him.
Oh p.s Don't mind my no make up face! It is what it is! Hope everyone had a great Christmas!!

Christmas Already

I've been maning to blog about our Christmas for a while now. I'm finally getting to it :) So this year Jeff and I spent Christmas with my family. Him and I were talking and we both wanted to be there when his family opened their gifts. We got his mom some pots and pans and Kitchen aid knive set and we were beyond excited to give Scott his leapord print snuggie! We decided a week before Christmas that we would all meet half way and do a little gift exchange. His cute parents got to Scipio before us and they drove around and actually saw a church building that was still open and asked if we could borrow one of their rooms. The bishop was kind enough to let us stay after he left and so we set up. Here are a few pictures of our Christmas with the Garduno family.

The group that made it down. We missed Karen, Josh and their kids as well as Kevin and Amy's family!
So funny but this was our cute litte Christmas Tree. His mom thought of everything to make it a mini Chirstmas like they do every year. So sweet!
There is a little Joke about this snuggie but I really wanted Scott to feel the love and boy did he ever! The real gift we gave him was actually a crock pot.. hmmm I wonder if he was used it yet!?
